Hi Veterans,
I need your help. When you have a change of address, email, or other information you can use the information at the bottom of the emails that I
send. Below is an example of the information at the very bottom of all the emails you receive. No. 1 through 4 below. If you notice it shows the association name on the first line and the address 5870 Scenic Ave., Firestone, CO. The address is mine. This is required by rules of the Federal government. The next line shows "Unsubscribe" and your email address. If you no longer want to receive emails from the Higbee Association you click on that line and it automatically sends the information to Constant Contact, the company I use to send all emails from the Association. You will not receive emails if you "unsubscribe". By doing this step you save me time. If you send me a text or email asking to be unsubscribed, I have to manually change your information, and this takes up to 5 minutes for the change.
If you click on "unsubscribe" it does not change any of your information on the Crew Roster here in the website. Changes to the Crew Roster can only be initiated by me.
The 3rd line "Update Profile - About Constant Contact - if you click on this line you will see the following information - No. 1 through 7 below. When you click on the "submit" button you then receive an email titled (UPDATE YOUR PROFILE). This form is easy to change your information. Fill out your changes and submit the form. What happens then is, I receive an email from Constant Contact with your changes and I can make your changes on the Crew Roster.
Simple, right!! Thank you for using the links in the emails that you receive from the Higbee Association.
You all pay for the services I use to share information through registration fees, silent auction items, etc. I am a volunteer to make all the information available for the veterans. If you have any questions, call or text me at 970-371-4219.
